  1. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

How to File a Claim?

  1. Email us at info@clexart.com with:

A proper unboxing video

Clear images of the defect

Original packaging

  1. After verification, we will ship a new product at no extra cost.
  2. Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
  3. Returns & Exchanges (Customer’s Choice)

If a customer wants to exchange or return a product due to ordering the wrong size or any other reason (without defects):

The customer must place a new order at their own expense.

We do not offer direct refunds or free exchanges for such cases.

  1. Reverse Pickup for Returns

If a return is required, you can arrange a reverse pickup within 5 days of delivery.
